Example Files
There are numerous example files distributed with Mesquite that have step-by-step instructions to lead you through various exercises. By following through these exercises you will be introduced to many of the features of Mesquite.
The files are found in the "examples" folder that is distributed in the Mesquite Folder. If you open "examples", you will see a file called "Introduction.nex". Opening that file in Mesquite will show you the following window:
If you press on one of the "Go" buttons, you will be taken to an example file for that topic. If you are completely unfamiliar with Mesquite, we recommend that you begin with "Basic Examples".
