A Mesquite Tutorial

[NOTE: this tutorial uses the previous version, 0.98. There are some differences in menu arrangement, including the placement of the Tree Form specifications in a Drawing menu and a change in the way trees are stored. Please see the "Trees" page of the manual for the new conventions.]
