[Mesquitelist] PDAP 1.12 released

Hi,
     I am happy to announce the release of PDAP:PDTREE 1.12 which runs  
with Mesquite 2.5.  Several people reported problems using the  
previous version with Mesquite 2.5.   This version also includes  
support for the Step Through Trees... command for most PDAP screens, a  
reworking of the root reconstruction screens (9A and 9B) which should  
resolve any remaining scaling problems, and a few minor features and  
bug fixes (see the release notes http://mesquiteproject.org/pdap_mesquite/release_notes/rel1_12.html) 
.  The package also includes a less abbreviated version of the 49lbr  
data set which has full species names instead of the two character  
names required by the PDI format.  Thanks to Wayne Maddison for  
contributing this.  It will be worked into the guided tour in a later  
release.
