[Mesquitelist] Mesquite and Arlequin (Sam Brown)

That version of Arlequin uses a much-older version of Java than Mesquite uses, that's why you have a problem. Download the newer version of Arlequin (v 3), and then download the up-to-date version of Java and both Arlequin and Mesquite will work fine.
