[Mesquitelist] Problem converting U's to T's

Hi,

we were aligning some 18S sequences and suddenly we realized that all  
the T's had changed to U's. We didn't notice when or how it happened  
and now we cannot find a way to convert them back to T's. Can anyone  
help us with this problem?
