[Mesquitelist] Problem converting U's to T's

How were you doing the alignments -- with Opal, by hand, or by other means?

Might you be able to send us a copy of the file before the conversion 
to U's, and a scond copy after the conversion to U's?  If you can, 
send it directly to me and not to the Mesquite List.
