[Mesquitelist] Problem converting U's to T's

Hi,
right now we fixed it. We changed the text in the nexus file, i.e.
datatype=DNA.
It was an imported alignment which we edited by hand. I guess we hit the
convert DNA to RNA button and could not convert back.
