[Mesquitelist] root-fixing for BiSSE?

The only way to fix the state at a node is by adding a dummy taxon 
with that state and attaching it to the tree next to the node of 
interest, and making the connecting branch lengths very very short, 
effectively forcing the node of interest to have that state.
